Repairs
We offer repairs to both customers that have purchased our beds, and to individuals, hospitals, or care centers.
- Please Note:
- We have a 30 day warranty for all beds purchased on this site
- This covers any issues that affect the mobility or safety of the bed
- If we missed any issues before selling, we will repair or replace as necessary free of charge
- If an issue is not mentioned to us before the 30 days are up, regular repair costs apply
- We are not responsible for injuries caused by issues that were not mentioned to us in the first 30 days
Individuals
- Will repair any hospital beds, even if not purchased on our site.
- Able to supply parts for all beds that are listed on our site. See here.
- Our technicians will go to you and repair the bed on site.
- Repair costs vary based on location, time required for repair, parts needed, etc.
